Teaching Schedule
I encourage my students to smile, laugh, and celebrate their bodies and lives through their yoga practice. Classes offer creative, challenging flows, safe alignment cues, and light-hearted encouragement to be exactly as you are.

Class Decriptions
Vinyasa: Breathe, move, flow, and sweat in this vigorous yoga class. Explore backbends, twists, inversions and arm balances as you strengthen muscles and build flexibility in a relaxed, judgment-free environment. Modifications are offered to accomodate beginners and to challenge more advanced students.
Partner Yoga and Acrobatics: This fun, playful class combines partner yoga and circus-style acrobatics. Class includes partner yoga flows, conditioning, acrobatic floor work and high flying. Experience the excitement of circus arts and the connection and trust found in partner practice! No partner necessary, beginners warmly welcomed.
